Create an organization

An organization is one of your clients. Give it a name, timezone and currency — everything else (industry, website) is optional and can be set later.

Connect a WhatsApp number

Start Embedded Signup for the organization's WhatsApp number. The response includes a signup_url — send your client there to connect their number through Meta's flow.

Register a webhook

Register an HTTPS URL to receive message.received and message.status events. Every delivery is signed with an HMAC-SHA256 signature in the X-SalePilot-Signature header — verify it before trusting the payload.
